This program outlines the levels that law enforcement professionals can undergo to interrupt acts and practices of police misconduct. Note, police misconduct is defined as actions or practices that violate current laws, policies, and/or training.

Breaking Silence is a facilitated discussion that captures the narratives of our sisters in blue who set out to use their voices to change the culture of policing. This moderated panel discussion features former or current police officers that refuse to be silent in times of injustice.
