OUR PROGRAMS

  • BREAKING SILENCE PANEL

    Breaking Silence is a facilitated discussion that captures the narratives of our sisters in blue who set out to use their voices to change the culture of policing. This moderated panel discussion features former or current police officers that refuse to be silent in times of injustice.

  • WRONGFULLY CONVICTED

    This moderated discussion provided insight into the lives of those wrongfully convicted. This discussion explores the exoneration process, the role of DNA, but most importantly, how a community is impacted when the courts make the wrong decision.

  • THEY CALLED ME "THUG COP"

    Cmdr. Corey Pegues is an engaging speaker who reveals his journey from being a drug dealer to quickly rising through the ranks of the NYPD.

  • FROM OFFICER TO ACTVIST

    From Officer to Activist captures the story of Ms. Cariol Horne, who was fired without pension by the Buffalo Police department for stopping the choking of a hand-cuff African American male by a fellow police officer. Her-Story of strength, compassion, and fight for justice engages an audience on the fallout of breaking the blue code.

  • SURVIVING VIOLENCE

    Monica Blake shares her story of strength, triumph, and perseverance after being sexually assaulted by a fellow police officer. Monica's narrative brings to light what happens when the #MeToo movement intersects #BlueLivesMatters.

  • THE BATTLE WITH MOSES' PEOPLE

    Taking a historical perspective on what happens when #BlackLivesMatters meets #BlueLivesMatter

  • BLACK LIVES INSIDE OF BLUE LIVES

    A moderated panel that addresses the cognitive dissonance between Black Law Enforcement and the Blue Code of Silence. Our panelists, all with law enforcement backgrounds, will answer the question, What happens when #BlackLivesMatter intersects with #BlueLivesMatter?
