Ask Me About My Bias

This interactive workshop prepares participants to hold internal and external conversations on how bias impacts their decision-making.  Understanding that known and unknown biases exist is the beginning of the journey.  This workshop will allow participants to practice engaging colleagues, friends, and strangers on the impact of bias and what to do when acts of bias occur.

1. Identify the fear(s) of recognizing and discussing our biases.
2. Discover at least two ways to address and overcome the fear(s) identified above.
3. List biases as they appear in real-life scenarios
4. Formulate and revise internal and external communications regarding biases
