Join us as we speak with Sgt. Cornelius Rodgers. 

MPS will speak to Sgt. Cornelius Rodgers of the New London Police Department. As we look at the history of Blacks in law enforcement and the importance of promotion, Sgt. Cornelius Rodgers will discuss his experience of "getting dirtied up." Getting dirtied up is a practice of bringing in disciplinary actions around the time of a promotion in order to justify getting passed over.
