About our guest

Dr. Napoleon Hunter II, MM, DM, is a veteran public servant, organizational leader, and former federal investigator with extensive experience across law enforcement, labor relations, taxation, education, and community development. An honorably discharged U.S. Air Force veteran, he currently serves as Co-Chair of Community Relations for the National Black Child Development Institute, leading strategic outreach and public engagement initiatives. Dr. Hunter holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Development and is committed to ethical leadership, community empowerment, and public service excellence.
