Service Description

This interactive workshop prepares participants to hold internal and external conversations on how bias impacts their decisions. Understanding that known and unknown biases exist is the beginning of the journey. This workshop will allow participants to practice engaging colleagues, friends, and strangers on the impact of bias. Learning Objective 1. Identify the fear(s) of recognizing and discussing our biases out loud. 2. Discover at least two ways to address and overcome the fear(s) above. 3. List biases as they appear in real-life scenarios 4. Formulate and revise internal and external communications regarding biases This workshop is a Strategies for Justice and Spheres of Influence collaboration.
