Welcome to the "Could It Be" initiative.

The 2022 SFJ Symposium theme was Breaking the stigma: Mental Health and Policing. Our team decided on this topic due to the climate, increased calls to address mental health in law enforcement, and the need to address police interaction with the mental health community.
Now, It is your turn to address and break the stigma around policing and mental health. Each month, we will ask that you take time to participate in the "Could It Be" initiative.
Post reactions, videos, programs, resources, and share with our team what it takes to make our culture better, more open to seeking help, more empathetic. Let us make our community the best it could be.
