Track Description: Due to the climate and the increased calls to build inclusive environments for individuals with disabilities, the Disability, Community, and Inclusion workshop track provides a critical and practical approach to understanding perception and practices that are built on ableism.  This track aims to build a collaborative process between government officials (including law enforcement), individuals with disabilities, and the community to create, enhance, and maintain a culture that impacts safety and trust. 
 
Track Target Audience: Law Enforcement Agencies; Townships & Municipalities; Disability Rights Organizations, Educational Institutions, and Community Oversight Boards.
